The Embassy of the United States to the Republic of Indonesia is located in Jakarta just south of the Monas at Jalan Medan Merdeka Selatan. The U.S. Embassy Jakarta is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position of Supply Assistant for the General Services Office/ Property Accounting and Warehousing (GSO/PAW).
SUPPLY ASSISTANT
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Applicants must address each required qualification listed below with specific information supporting each item. Failure to do so may result in a determination that the applicant is not qualified:
- At least completion of high school is required.
- At least 3 years of administrative experience in supply and warehousing is required and general administrative work experience that includes processing bills, data entry, and customer service are required. Good working knowledge of property tracking software. Six months of supervisory experience is required. Level 3 (Good working knowledge) Speaking/Reading/Writing of Indonesian language is required. Level 3 (Good working knowledge) Speaking/Reading/Writing of English is required. (This will be tested.)
WORK HOURS:
Full-time 40 hours/week
SALARY:
- Ordinarily Resident (OR): FSN-7 Rp. 117,142,754 p.a.
- Not-Ordinarily Resident (NOR): FP-7 (Final grade/step for NORs will be determined by Washington)
