Position Summary:
Reporting to the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, the Head of Student Academic Support Services oversees staff in academic advising, disability, and tutoring support services advisees and tutoring support services and carries a caseload of undergraduate and graduate student advisees. The Head will serve as an integral role of the Student Affairs team providing support, advice, and direction to and for students, student activities and organizations, particularly in the . area of first year students and retention support. - Monitor and control the overall university cash-flow process (inflow: student fees and other parties payment, outflow: payment to vendor and other parties excess Fund Management
- Prepare and analyze the financial statement to be reported to internal stakeholders (Boards and university) and external parties (tax office and BAN Dikti), including other necessary reporting.
- Supervise the subordinates in doing their tasks and liaise with other departments for working coordination.
